Guests on Call is featuring two new media releases for the month of October. These two are:
1. Money and Politics: The State of Campaign Finance Reform in 2006
2. Will Our Votes Count?: In a country suffering from low voter turnout and mistrust of elections, what is being done to increase voter confidence?

In #1, we have guests on call to elaborate on the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act (BCRA) and the denial of legislation to limit contributions to 527 groups. There are many states and local governments taking action to reform campaign spending and financing.
