Will the Lessons Ever be Learned from the War on Iraq?

During July, Guests on Call will be working on scheduling radio and TV interviews with guests who are taking a close look at lessons from the Iraq War. From hiding the true costs of the war, to the true motivations for the war, to media coverage of the war, to American Imperialism and more, these guests are analyzing mistakes and bad policy decisions made so we can learn from history and hopefully not repeat them.

Many of the Guests are featured in a new book, Lessons From Iraq: Avoiding the Next War, published by Paradigm Publishers in May 2008. The book features former Weapons Inspector for the U.N. Hans Blix, economist and former Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank Joseph Stiglitz and many many more.

Find out more at our Talking Points page and view our Web Resources to read more by our guests on Iraq issues, as well as recent news and opinions on policy in Iraq.
