Money for the Military Industrial Complex


During the end of March and beginning of April, Guests on Call takes a close look at Obama's proposed FY2010 budget, in particular the Department of Defense budget. Obama has promised reform but has also proposed the largest defense budget ever, larger than President Bush's proposed budgets and about $9 billion more than FY2009.

We also look at a new report from the Army about the policy of combat fitness, which found that there are 15 confusing and conflicting policies in the Army to determine if a soldier is fit for combat.
